The Foot and the Athlete: A Sport Physicians' View

Presented by Boris Gojanovic MD and Dr Pete Garbutt DC

Boris Gojanovic, MD :  

He was the Head of Sports Medicine at the Swiss Federal Institute for Sports (Magglingen) before moving to Geneva as Health & Performance medical director at the Swiss Olympic Medical Center, Hôpital de La Tour. His ever growing experience aims to serve athletes in their pursuit of greatness and success, and also non-athletic people on their way to a better active and productive health through movement and exercise.


Peter Garbutt, DC :

He graduated from Sydney University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Physiology. Peter then went on to complete a Masters in Chiropractic from Macquarie University in 1996 and a further Masters Degree in Chiropractic Sports Science in 2000. In 2007 Peter was awarded his International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma. Past president of the Australian Chiropractic Sports Council, past President of the australian capital territory branch of sports medicine, founder and director of Enhance Running, which teaches running technique. He is currently acting president of FICS.


As in the past, this winter siminars will allow outdoor activities around the magnificient Ski Resort Saas-Fee.
