Movement and Well-being

Our way of life should involve movement which is intricately associated with the idea of "Well-being".  You can download a selection of exercises via the QR code on the right. It is a selection you can selectively use to maintain mobility and function. They must be used on recommendation by a medical person so that they are executed correctly and are adapted to the personal requirements.

The program was designed by the Swiss chiropractic academy with the help of experts in sports physiology of the Ecole Polytechnique Federal Lausanne. It is also available as a brochure. Version 2016 is the most recent.
