Seminar Information

The Grimentz resort offers great skiing, especially after Grimentz was connected by cable car to the ski domain of Zinal. The lectures will be half day, so that there is time for leisure activities, be it on skis, foot or in the spa at the hotel.

Our hotel, the four-star Hotel Alpina, is located at the foot of the two cable car stations that take you up to the slopes. Those of you who have participated at last year’s seminar, remember the excellent hotel and its restaurant. Lectures will again be held at the nearby inside sport premises.

Please note : There is a limited number of rooms at the hotel and to obtain one, the rule is 'First come-First served'. You must make your own hotel reservation. Hotel Alpina 027 475 16 16 / reservation@grimentz-zinal.ch.

Message from the Jolly Organizers

We have been working hard on the programme for the 2027 Learn&Ski Seminar, and we are pleased to share some exciting news with you.

Concussion and its management were identified as the main topic of interest in the questionnaire distributed during the 2026 seminar in Grimentz.

Thanks to the help of Michael Vianin, we have been able to secure the participation of a true pioneer and world leader in the field: Professor John Leddy from the University at Buffalo.

We are still finalising the programme and, in particular, the distribution of the presentation hours. We are currently considering whether additional speakers will join us and whether Professor Leddy will deliver the full 16 hours of teaching.

The seminar will take place from Wednesday, March 10 to Saturday, March 13, 2027, in Grimentz, at the Hotel Alpina. We are delighted to have finally been able to reserve the entire hotel, with all 30 rooms available exclusively for our group. Condition is that we have enough participants to occupy all rooms. So, please sign up prior to the deadline !

The deadline for room reservations is October 15, 2026.

The following room options are available:

4 single rooms – CHF 200.–
2 double rooms – CHF 228.–
10 superior double rooms with a third bed – CHF 257.–
4 family rooms for up to 4 people – CHF 285.–
3 family rooms for up to 5 people – CHF 314.–

Add CHF 38.- for the supper, the breakfast is included in the room rates.
